Three Best Words

     I'm living a better life now.  Gone are the Big Macs, Whoppers and Super Kentucky Fried thighs, breasts and wings.  The 
hot fudge vanilla icecream super brownies with walnuts have melted off my menu choices.  The chocolate bananna thick shakes topped with cherries have disappeared from my gut as have the kit Kats and peanut butter cups.  Gone.  Finished.  No more.

   So now it's Organic Spinach salad;  tomatoes, organic cucumbers, carrots, sunflower seeds,  Feta cheese topped with organic free range chicken cubes, all topped with  organic Greek dressing. Or it's califlower pizza topped with organic chicken or cauliflower rice tortillas encasing  organic turkey slices with a hummus spread.  Or paleo chicken burgers with avocado slices topped with Munster cheese.
​​​​    The drinks are either watermelon juice, Arnold Palmers, or a nice glass of iced orange juice or blends of other fruit juices with two drops of stevia to sweeten.
    For dessert there is a bowl of mixed fruit: watermelon, oranges,
honey due covering a scoop of vanilla coconut frozen yogurt. Or an organic cheesecake slice topped with caramel drizxle, or a faux brownie or almond butter flax cookies.

​​​​     So what's caused the drastic change in diet?  What's caused this new and healthier improved better life?  I'll give it to you in three words that have totally changed my life, three words that have opened my taste buds to new culinary delights, that have opened my pallet, changed my mind forever on what is good... Colon cancer surgery.
