My World of MANDALAS

There´s a well known song:
“School is over, oh what fun! Lessons finished, play begun!...“
I´m a teacher, with summer holidays creativity has begun!
Like an obsession mandalas inspire me in the moment
All day long I sit and paint, world seems to be silent.
What a wonderful feeling: “School and work is done!“

First I start with mandala extra SIMPLE
Wishing colours running from inside to outside
It comes out more harmony than symbols,
As there are golden yellow and turquoise bright.

Second busy work is mandala CAT
For the reason I like this animal´s independence.
In the beginning all cats are grey in a jolly sextet,
Later they will get shades of fluorescence.

Third picture is mandala FOLIAGE, you see,
Because I use to collect blossoms and leaves.
Everybody has got things to keep permanently.
Surrounded by nature I get my best motif.

Seaweed, shells, waves and over all FISH
Reflect colours of the rainbow in an outer ring.
Maritime pictures I do not want to miss,
They are in my coat of arms once I was stitching.

Mandala FEATHER is my next experiment,
There are different cultures and symbols in the sphere.
To me feathers mean air as an element,
Freedom by flying for my opinion appears!

Mandala COSMOS is one of my imaginations,
Sun, stars and moon at the sky you can spot.
But to picture Mars, Saturn and Pluto needs concentration.
I let my fantasy create a picturesque galaxy upshot.

My last mandala in this period is KALEIDOCOPE!
Bewitched by slowly circling new ornaments.
