Il sussurro della tua anima

Riesci ancora a sentire
nel fragore frenetico della vita quotidiana
il battito del tuo cuore?
e nell’urlo del mondo che chiede attenzione
il sussurro della tua anima
e nel clamore dei venditori ambulanti
la tua voce interiore
Riesci ancora a percepire
ciò di cui hai veramente bisogno
come quel «sempre di più» di ciò
che in fondo non ti rendeva felice
.

Do you still hear
in the fast pulse of everyday life
the heartbeat of your heart
and in the world’s cry for attention
the whisper of your soul
and in the clamor of the market criers
your inner voice
Can you still feel
what you truly need
rather than more and more of
what didn’t make you happy after all
.

Hörst Du noch
im schnellem Puls des Alltags
den Herzschlag Deines Herzens
und im Schrei der Welt nach Aufmerksamkeit
das Flüstern Deiner Seele
und im Getöse der Marktschreier
Deine innere Stimme
Spürst Du noch
was Du wirklich brauchst
wie dieses immer mehr von dem
was Dich doch nicht glücklich machte
.
