It’s 1:50 am in the morning

I am tired, yet I’m working 

Should I go to sleep

Should I rest my head

Should I work or should I go to bed

It’s 1:52 am in the morning

I’m still tired, still not sleeping

It’s December 30th, a Sunday

I can’t wait until the night tomorrow

Party and happiness

Dancing and madness 

It’s nearly 2 am in the morning 

I don’t know why I’m still working

Why am writing this

I don’t know 

I haven’t a clue

My worries, they build up at 2 am 

I don’t know why but it is so 

All I want is to relax and let go 

But can I? No.

I want no work, just sleep

And rest and sleep 

I want to leave the work and go

But I can’t 

Consequences, they’ll follow me everywhere

Time to sleep now

Wait for the morning air 

Good night, sleep tight

I think I’ll be alright
