[VERSE1]
In these modern times
we often have to compromise,
what´s yes and no, yo;
what´s hot and cold, hold;
what´s new and old, nold?;
a promise comes just through;
with compromising two;
[VERSE2]
we have to compromise;
what´s calm and loud, coud?;
what´s down and up, dup?;
n`jack up and drop, jop?;
a promise comes just through;
with compromising two;
[VERSE3]
we have to compromise;
what´s dumb and smart, dart;
what´s dark and bright, dight?;
what´s black and white, bhite?;
a promise comes just through;
with compromising two;
[VERSE4]
we have to compromise;
what´s short and long, shong?;
what´s thin and fat, that;
what´s dry and wet, dret?;
a promise comes just through;
with compromising two;
[VERSE5]
we have to compromise;
what´s start and end, stend?;
what´s soft and firm, sirm?;
what´s boy and girl, birl?;
a promise comes just through;
with compromising two;
[CHOROUS]
if you adjust, assimilate, adapt;
compromising can´t be stopped;
compromising can´t be stopped;
compromising can´t be stopped;
